DutchForm has four types of members. This combination means that all companies have something to gain from this! Would you also like to join this active group of members? Then please read on and join us! Your DutchForm membership will only come into effect after your application has been assessed by the board, the membership fees have been paid and your registration has been confirmed by our secretariat. Members pay a membership fee which is related to the size of the company. The membership fee is fixed each year at the members’ meeting.
Memberships
Ordinary membership
Your company is a member of the Metaalunie and conforms to the specification of the target group: You are a company and / or independent department that manufactures various tools, moulds, (casting) models, (injection moulding) matrices and / or stamping dies and related products for third parties or your own production facilities and/or are engaged in activities in the field of industrial design
Extraordinary membership
For companies that have independent mould or model maker departments within other kinds of companies or for foreign model, tool or stamping die makers
Associated membership
For companies that are sufficiently connected to our sector, such as suppliers of machine tools, materials and other related products to the model, mould and stamping die makers. Affiliation to the trade association group is considered desirable owing to mutual interests. Extraordinary members do not have to be members of the Koninklijke Metaalunie.

For companies who are not yet members of the Koninklijke Metaalunie but do conform to the specification of the target group. The company registers itself as a Metaalunie and DutchForm member.
Extraordinary membership + Metaalunie membership
For other kinds of companies who are not yet members of the Koninklijke Metaalunie. The company registers itself as a Metaalunie and DutchForm member.
