Each product starts with a mould!
The companies affiliated to DutchForm are all skilled professionals. What all affiliated companies and / or independent departments have in common is that they produce various tools, moulds, (casting) models, (injection moulding) matrices and / or stamping dies for third parties or their own production facilities. Our customers often use these tools for an industrial, usually serial-production, application in order to manufacture their own products. A number of these companies are also engaged in activities in the field of industrial design, such as the production of designs, prototypes, moulds, and scale models.
The tool, mould and model makers are therefore often at the start of the production process of products that we use in our daily lives.
Our customers
Almost every industrial or consumer product has been preceded by a visual simulation model, casting model or mould.
Each DutchForm company specialises in its own field and is focused on the making of tools, moulds, (casting) models, (injection moulding) moulds and / or stamping dies and related products from metal, plastic and/or wood.
The members of DutchForm deliver to leading members of the business community at home and abroad. DutchForm members are capable of offering solutions to the most wide-ranging demands and requirements. The companies are active in various sectors, including the metalworking industry, the plastics industry, the automotive industry, the casting sector, the semi-conductor industry, the food sector, the airline sector and the medical sector. This might include a mould for a coquille, a mould for the casting of a road barrier or a tool for the serial production of various metal or plastic parts or for the production of an accurate injection moulding mould.
A number of companies also specialise in the field of additive manufacturing and see this as added value and an opportunity for the production.

DutchForm strives for the improvement of market conditions and the market position of the affiliated companies. We promote innovation and the exchange of knowledge so that our sector will be ready for a sustainable future in which we can serve our clients as well as we possibly can.

Our customers and the end users are setting more and more requirements regarding sustainable manufacture. Nowadays, this is quite rightly high on the list of priorities on the social agenda. The well-known carbon footprint indicates how much energy the entire manufacturing cycle requires to use a raw material in a product. This is because energy consumption gives an indication of the potential greenhouse gases that can be released through the generation of energy. This starts with choosing the right materials and the production method during the engineering phase. DutchForm will be happy to discuss your plans with you from idea to production, also to determine whether a design will be a commercial and also sustainable success!
